K. W Linfoot tasked us to design the brochure for 21 Park Row,
their latest development of luxury apartments in the heart of
Leeds. The development was aimed at young professionals
wanting stylish contemporary living in the heart of the city’s
café culture district. Through simple use of cosmopolitan style
typography and stylish photography we captured the
development’s character.
This project included photography, art direction, copywriting
and print.
